Transforming Challenges into Strengths: Your Path to Resilience, Connection, and Recovery Begins Here

When life feels heavy, uncertain, or strained, whether individually or within your relationship, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I support individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together, we slow things down, understand the patterns shaping your experience, and work toward greater clarity, resilience, and repair.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrates EMDR, Ecotherapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and the Gottman Method, thoughtfully adapted to your needs.

Individual Therapy

Support for life’s challenges and turning points

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what feels overwhelming, painful, or stuck. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, self-worth concerns, or a significant life transition, therapy can help you understand the patterns shaping your experience and develop new ways of responding.

My work integrates trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness practices, and Ecotherapy, thoughtfully tailored to your needs.

Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, and steadiness at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Couples Therapy

My couples work focuses on partners experiencing communication breakdowns, recurring conflict cycles, emotional distance, or efforts to rebuild trust.

Couples therapy offers a structured and supportive space to better understand patterns of conflict, emotional distance, or miscommunication within your relationship.

When tension becomes repetitive or connection feels strained, it can be difficult to see a way forward. Therapy creates the opportunity to slow down, identify what is happening beneath the surface, and begin rebuilding emotional safety and trust.

Together, we work toward greater clarity, responsiveness, and resilience within your partnership.

What I value most:

Non-judgmental

It might sound like a cliche, but after spending a good amount of time in mental health and addictions, I’ve come across a lot of stories. Honestly, I’m not here to judge you.  I’m open-minded, and I respect that everyone has their own unique experiences. Your true self is something I value and appreciate.

Compassion

Compassion is at the heart of my therapy. Compassion is the place where we connect the most, it’s where we develop trust and rapport. It’s how I help you learn to have self-compassion even in the most difficult of circumstances.

Inclusive and Affirming Care

As a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community, I am committed to providing affirming and inclusive care to individuals and couples across diverse identities and lived experiences. I continue to deepen my understanding of the unique experiences within LGBTQ2S+ and BIPOC communities and strive to create a therapeutic space that is respectful, responsive, and culturally aware.

Connection

We are biologically wired for connection. Human connection is a deep bond that’s formed between people when they feel seen and valued. During an authentic human connection, we often exchange positive energy with one another and build trust. One of my favourite parts of being a therapist is being able to connect and build trust with clients and help them build meaningful connections with others.

Authenticity

I value showing up as a real and grounded person in the therapy space. Alongside clinical skill and professionalism, I bring openness, humility, and presence. I believe authenticity fosters trust and allows for deeper, more meaningful work.
