My practice is focused on supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, addiction, self-worth concerns, and major life transitions.
Individual therapy offers a steady and confidential space to explore what feels overwhelming, painful, or stuck. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, self-worth concerns, or a significant life transition, therapy provides the opportunity to slow down, gain insight, and develop new ways of responding. Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

I work with adults over the age of 18 navigating trauma, anxiety, addictions, self-worth concerns, and major life transitions.
No two individuals are the same. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor each therapeutic process to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Depending on what you are working through, sessions may incorporate trauma-focused interventions, parts work, cognitive strategies, relational exploration, or movement-based practices.
Emotionally Focused Therapy helps individuals better understand how their attachment patterns and emotional responses influence their relationships and sense of self. By exploring deeper emotions beneath surface reactions, EFT supports greater emotional awareness, security, and responsiveness. This approach can be particularly helpful for those who feel stuck in recurring relational patterns or struggle with vulnerability and trust.
Internal Family Systems recognizes that we all have different “parts” within us — for example, parts that feel anxious, critical, protective, or overwhelmed. These parts often develop in response to life experiences, especially stress or trauma. Through IFS, we explore these parts with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment, helping reduce internal conflict and strengthen your sense of clarity and self-leadership.
Walk-and-talk therapy combines traditional psychotherapy with movement in nature. Sessions take place outdoors, often along local walking paths, allowing the rhythm of movement and the calming effect of nature to support emotional regulation and reflection. For many clients, being outside can reduce intensity, increase openness, and help integrate both body and mind in the healing process.
Personal development counselling focuses on growth, self-awareness, and life direction. This work may include clarifying values, navigating career or relationship decisions, strengthening boundaries, and building confidence. Rather than addressing a specific mental health diagnosis, this approach supports individuals who are ready to reflect, evolve, and take intentional steps forward.
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy used to help process and reduce the impact of traumatic or distressing experiences. Through guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain in reprocessing memories that may feel “stuck,” allowing them to become less emotionally overwhelming. Many clients experience a reduction in anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and emotional reactivity as a result.
